There is no plan to choose before you begin. Every account starts with credits, and when they run out you top up from KES 50 — or put your own API key in for a flat monthly fee and stop counting altogether.
A credit is a shilling. We charge them per token, per model, against what the query actually cost us to serve, so a quick question costs a fraction of what a twenty-page research memorandum does. Nothing is billed per seat unless you take the Firm plan.
DeepSeek is introducing peak hours at twice the regular price, which in East African time fall between 04:00 and 07:00 and again between 09:00 and 13:00. When it takes effect we pass it through at cost, and the workspace tells you which rate is running before you start a long draft.
A firm holds its credits centrally. The manager tops up the pool once, allocates to each advocate, and can pull credits back when a matter closes or somebody moves on. Every advocate's usage sits on one screen, so the month's spend is a number you can see rather than one you reconstruct.
Larger practices and legal departments that need private deployment, their own templates and playbooks, or matter migration, we set up directly. Tell us the shape of the work.
